Nationwide Pilot Program

The Resiliency Leadership & Emotional Recovery for Crisis Response Coach (RLERC) Certification program is designed for officers, first responders, and leaders who recognize the growing need for structured, evidence-based approaches to resilience within the public safety profession. The work addressed in this program reflects the realities of cumulative stress exposure, leadership responsibility, and the long-term demands placed on those who serve in crisis-response roles.

The 85-hour ICF Level 1 approved training program combines academic rigor, practical coaching competencies based on ICF standards, and applied leadership tools designed specifically for public safety environments.

Participants learn how to apply coaching within the operational realities of policing while strengthening resilience, leadership capacity, and organizational wellness — building skills that translate directly to the field.
