Our ICF Approved Level 1 Coaching Program included the ability of the student to select one of three unique specializations to add to their Resiliency Leadership & Organizational Wellness Foundations Coach Training.
Resiliency Leadership Coach (RLC)
The resiliency leader is a Transformational Leader. West Point has identified Transformational Leadership as a key contributor to the development of hardy and resilient teams and organizations. Our Resiliency Leadership specialization gives you 23 hours of leadership training providing the 4 characteristics of a transformational leader.
Crisis Response Coach Certification (CRC)
Partners with the client/follower to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely. Maintains a relationship of mutual respect and trust.
Law Enforcement Officer Coach Certification (LEO-C)
Partners with the client/follower to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely. Maintains a relationship of mutual respect and trust.
Level 2
Master Resiliency Leadership & Organizational Wellness Coach Certification Program 150 hrs. of Coach Training. Includes Level 1 training and additional specialization.
Level 2 Training Includes Level 1 Training +
Our Level 2 Coach Training Program Includes Level 1 Coach Training (with your choice between the RLC, CRC or the LEO-C) and also includes the Group Coaching Certification and the Stress Management & Resiliency Coach Certification.
Group Coaching Certification (GCC)
Group coaching builds community, strengthens teams, and supports the development of hardiness and resilience. Group coaching unites the individuals within the group with a shared focus or purpose. In addition, group coaching participants enjoy the benefit of added social support and additional expertise when paired with expert peers and much more.
Stress Management & Resiliency Coach Certification (SMRC)
This uniquely crafted program utilizes formal coaching techniques to support coaches, educators, first responders, and mental health professionals to guide clients/followers in managing stress, identifying and implementing appropriate behavioral change initiatives, and reducing clinical burnout while building hardiness and resiliency.
