Elias Institute of Professional Coaching

Providing Professional Certification

Founded in 2001, Elias Institute of Professional Coaching is dedicated to supporting industry in improving their human systems, while setting the foundation for the advancement of the field of executive coaching.  All Elias Institute of Professional Coaching courses are designed to meet ICF and NBHWC core competencies, code of ethics requirements, and high academic and professional standards of ICF, CAMFT, and SHRIM.

Complete Steps to Becoming a Certified Professional Coach

Requirements:

• Completion of the 77-hour Transformational Leadership Coach Certification Program, 77-hour Crisis Response Coach Certification or 30-hour Group Coaching Certification.
• Coaching log demonstrating 60-hours of coaching experience following the start of your coach-specific training.
• Complete 3 hours of personal or professional coaching as the coachee with a professional certified coach. (Coaching can be provided through Elias Institute of Professional Coaching or by outside certified coach)
• Programs are designed to support the requirements of ICF to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and NBHWC to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). (See ICF Website for complete details)

Estimated Timeline for Review of Certification Application Upon Submission: 4 weeks

Upon Successful Completion of the Training Program: You will receive a certificate of program completion and continuing education certificate.

Upon Completion of Certification Requirements and Application Process: You will receive via mail a Certified Transformational Leadership Coach (TLC) certification, Group Coach Certification, or Crisis Response Coach (CRC) Certificaiton, an Elias University letter detailing your leadership and formal coach training, and a certified logo for your resume or marketing materials.
