2025 Los Angeles Wildfires have caused widespread devastation, impacting first responders who are at the forefront of managing the crisis.

Facing not only the immediate challenges of responding to the disaster but also the long-term mental and emotional toll of their roles. Experiencing direct trauma or secondary trauma and are in critical need of structured emotional and professional support to recover, rebuild, and lead effectively.

As recommended by Walter Reed (2022), we take a coaching and leadership approach to resiliency, emotional recovery to crisis response, and closing the resiliency training gap.

We’re here to support you with our coaching and leadership programs designed to meet your unique needs.

LA Wildfires - Building Emotional Resilience

Emotional Recovery for Crisis Response® program aims to create a sustainable model for supporting first responders in the wake of disasters. We intend to provide support in multiple ways beginning with coaching services and by training and certifying participants in resiliency leadership, emotional recovery for crisis response, and formal coaching techniques, we can build a network of empowered individuals who can lead recovery efforts within their communities.

Our coaching program offers a proactive and holistic approach to addressing the mental and emotional toll of the Los Angeles Wildfires on key community members.

By equipping first responders with the tools to navigate trauma and foster resilience, we aim to create lasting positive impacts that extend beyond the immediate crisis.

Host Trainings 

We are looking for first response agencies to host our coaching and training events within your departments to make our services easily available to your officers and firefighters. We will come to you and provide the coaching services and training opportunities. 

Hosting allows you to invite your sister departments to join in the training adding unique opportunities for collaboration, brainstorming innovative solutions, and additional level of peer support.

Hosting these events in house reduces overtime required for program attendance and removes blocks to services by creating ease of access.

Coaching Services to Support First Responders in the Wake of the LA Wildfires

Our coaching programs provide a nonclinical, trauma-informed approach to support recovery and resilience. Unlike traditional therapy, coaching focuses on actionable strategies to navigate challenges, build strengths, and achieve goals. This program incorporates evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of law enforcement and military personnel and motified for firefighters in the wake of the LA Wildfires.
